A 12-hour in-person professional development to enable schools and districts to build internal capacity for addressing educator burnout and student dysregulation.

This 2-day training, totaling 12-hours, is designed to provide participants a thorough understanding of the theories, practices, and tools of The Regulated Classroom©. Emphasis will be placed upon participants recognizing their own patterns of stress activation and release.

Participants will receive a certificate upon completion and training materials along with an Educator Self-Care Toolkit and 15 guidebooks to bring back to their school or district.  Paid for by the Maine Department of Education.  

Attendees are encouraged to return to their respective schools or organizations to train their colleagues in the 4 core practices and essential educator capacities of the approach.
